Leader's Training Course (LTC)
LTC is a summer training course attended by cadets at the end of their second year. This optional training class has 4 phases: Soldier First: this phase teaches the basics of being a soldier. Warrior Leader: this phase develops a cadet's self confindence as well as builds unit cohesiveness through adventure training. Bold Leader: cadets are given squad leading situations designed to assess and improve their small unit leadership skills. Future Leader: this final phase introduces cadets to life in the Army.
